I’m going to be so sad when he starts having opinions about his clothing. Because we all know what happens then. Fluffy pink tutus, that’s what happens.
I adore this girl, but would it kill her to put on some pants once in a while?
If I could live the vast majority of my life without wearing pants I absolutely would. Perhaps she really is just more advanced than the rest of us….

We literally have every pair of shorts Genevieve owns unworn in her drawer because she never wears shorts, ever. I’m contemplating forcing the issue of shorts under dresses for preschool because she also doesn’t get the don’t flash your thing too. Should be exciting.
I expected to have battles with my kids over clothing, but I had hoped it wouldn’t happen till they were older. Sigh. At least you and I will be somewhat experienced by the time the fun teenage years roll around, right?
