This cardigan of mine? It’s mostly Freddy Kreuger, with a hint of Brobee and a dash of Fiona’s lovely hairy jumper. It’s a loud fuzzy beast and I think it’s kind of awesome. But I don’t wear it very often. That’s partly because of the loudness, but also a little bit because I think David secretly hates it.
But when I made the bold choice to pair it with a potentially eye-searing shirt today, I discovered I’d created an outfit that both meets Kayla’s style challenge AND apparently hypnotizes babies.
SCORE.
shirt: Old Navy / cardiga: gift (Gap) / belt: Kohl’s / jeans: Gap

Love the combination, the print on that top is really fun!

Rebekah: It kind of does…I was surprised by how much I liked the combo!
Kelly: I'm not usually a print kind of girl, but that shirt was just calling to me. So glad I got it. 🙂

I'm kind of excited that it's not weird to tuck things in again. Maybe it was always ok for adults and I'm growing up or something, or maybe it was a trend thing. I don't know. Anyway, I think you look awesome.
Jen says
Thanks Anna! I'm still a little unsure about tucking stuff into pants, but I almost feel weird not tucking my shirts into skirts. Funny how that has changed over time…

I love it! Not eye-searing at all! Though, yeah, maybe a little hypnotic. I'm feeling kind of sleepy…

When I clap my hands, you will wake up and remember nothing except that want to bring me tasty snacks.
Because I'm only using my hypnotic powers for good… 🙂
