I call last week’s shot “Monday in the Chicago Art Institute with Mom.”
Despite how disinterested she looks here, she really liked the impressionists.
And this is what we did to unwind after all our our holiday travels:
Oh, that face. *eye roll* She is becoming such a goofball.
but where are her toes?! doesn't she know that when posing near seurat, one's toes are a necessary part of the photo's composition?!
so glad you were able to go to the art institute…I know that is a special place for you. Wish I could have been there with you.
I know…and would have tried harder to make that work, but she was pretty maxed out at that point. It was "take the picture and let's get out of here before she melts down" time. You understand, I'm sure.
It was lovely to go, though.
