It’s fall break! The big sister is home all day to play!
The little-big sister is back to full health after a scary stomach virus knocked her out last week. Bonus: her tutu is dying a slow, agonizing death, making it a less frequent part of her wardrobe these days. Win!
The baby boy is scooting all over the place like a human sidewinder and is just as lovable as ever…if a bit mischievous.
Yesterday was…not great. Not bad, just not the restful happy Sabbath I was hoping for. Today, however, feels fresh and new. We got some welcome rain yesterday, and today is bright and blue without being too warm. October is the start of our “outdoor all day” season, which makes my heart so happy. Once I can get some laundry done (some of us have run out of clean underwear…) we’ll be all set for a great Monday.

I was outside practically all weekend (including the rain and fog and glorious 48-degree weather up on the rim)…it made my heart SO VERY HAPPY!!
